I had a really great experience with Dr. Thomas James. He made me feel so comfortable and at ease, which I really appreciated because going to the endodontist can definitely be stressful. He’s very professional, explains everything clearly, and does a great job. He’s also always on time and works very efficiently, so I never felt like I was sitting around waiting. Overall, I felt like I was in really good hands, and I would definitely recommend Dr. James to anyone looking for a great endodontist!

I saw Dr. Thomas after I was having tooth pain for five weeks from a recent crown I had placed due to a cracked filling. I was experiencing cold and hot sensitivity and so much pain. The office staff was so helpful in getting me in as soon as possible. I was recommended to see Dr. Thomas through my chiropractor. He was so thorough in the procedure and had such great bedside manner. He called me later that evening to check on me, and seemed like he genuinely cared. The staff also called the next day to make sure I was doing okay. Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend Rochester Endodontics to anyone who needs this type of care. The office staff is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Dr. Thomas is wonderful—he is friendly, caring, and genuinely concerned about his patients. He kept me informed throughout the procedure and made sure I knew what was going on. I also received a follow-up call that evening and again the next day to see how I was doing. I really appreciated the extra care and personal attention. Great experience overall!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was truly an amazing experience. Dr. James Thomas is a calm, confident, and highly professional doctor who clearly knows exactly what he is doing. He explained everything clearly and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire treatment. I did not feel any pain at all, even when receiving the numbing injection, and the whole procedure was much easier than I expected. What impressed me the most was that Dr. Thomas personally called me after the treatment to check on me. He asked about my pain level, my medication, and told me he was available if I had any questions. I have never experienced this level of care from a doctor before, and it truly shows how much he cares about his patients. I also want to thank the entire staff. Everyone in the office was kind, respectful, calm, and professional. They made me feel comfortable and welcomed from the very first moment. Best place I hope to never visit again!! Does anyone ever really want a root canal? But if you do need one, I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Thomas. The staff is so nice and helpful. Dr. Thomas is patient and has the perfect touch. State of the art equipment and his expertise really makes the difference. I am finally pain free after over a year and could not be happier. He listens to you and goes above and beyond - absolutely amazing. I would not hesitate schedule an appointment
